About Us

We are not the common personal chef service ...

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, we have the knowledge and talent to produce menus customized to your every need.
If we have to write a recipe to fit your taste, we will. We then run a nutritional breakdown of the recipe to make sure it fits within the dietary guidelines and calorie counts that meet your needs.
Your menu items can be handled in one of three ways:

  • Ready to cook
  • Precooked and refrigerated
  • Precooked and frozen
When preparing your meals we use only the best products available. We use the term best rather than freshest. In the middle of winter, a tomato sauce made with canned tomatoes will be a much tastier meal than a sauce made with tasteless, hothouse grown, fresh tomatoes...
We then use the most appropriate cooking and storage methods to insure that the flavor, color, nutritional value, and textures meet your expectations.

Randal is a Dallas native with over 20 years experience in Dallas kitchens including The Fairmont Hotel and Star Canyon and 9 years experience as a Personal Chef and kitchen consultant. Randal graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute with honors.
